RATES
Base Rate - Photography
The base rate for a session is £120, This covers an event or press shoot.
The edit & cloud hosting costs.
This rate includes by base kit:
Standard Body: Lumix S5iiE
35mm Anamorphic Prime, 50mm Anamorphic Prime, 85mm Spherical Prime, Speed light, Tripod.
Additional Costs
Transport Cost Policy:
Any gig outside of the London Oyster Zone, or any gig that ends later than 23:00. Will include a train/cab fair.
Cancellation costs:
£20 - <One Week in advance
£80 - <48 hours in advance
Additional kit Rental Costs:
Any kit outside of the Base Kit for example; ultra-wide angle lenses, Zoom lenses, Studio lighting, or Multicam set ups, HDRI capture set ups, and or ultrahigh resolution/frame rate systems
Will be hired by me then the cost will be passed on.
Base Rate - Videography
Much like the Photography rate, you will be charged a base rate of £120 for the session itself.
And then £80 for every subsequent editing day.
Policy and Protection
Satisfaction Policy - If you are not happy with the finished product you can ask for a full refund of the base rate.
However, using any of the material after a refund is a prosecutable offence.
Ownership and Rights - All paying clients are free to keep and publish all work produced. With permission from filmed parties & pass on said work to third parties.
However, published work must be correctly credited.
Insurance - All of my equipment is insured and all rental equipment will also be insured. These costs are passed on.
I reserve the right to decline any actions or risks that may jeopardise my equipment or breach insurance policy.
Cloud Storage & Archiving - I am not responsible for physical archiving any work unless an archiving fee is paid.
However your edits will be available on a cloud storage platform for the next 12 months.
After those 12 months, your work its no longer guaranteed.
The Raws/Original files however will typically be deleted after delivery unless the archiving fee is paid.
Venue Access and Safety - For events I am required to have access to a safe place to store equipment when not in use. This can be a green room, drop room, office, or pit. However it must be reasonably secured.
Basic Etiquette
Crediting - If posting to socials please tag my account.
Harassment & Discrimination - Any abuse from Clients, Artists, or any other members of the team won’t be tolerated.
Audience & Sight lines - Whenever possible please provide access to ‘the pit’, and any other access walk ways, and the wings. To ensure I can easily get around the venue. Please inform the band, venue, and security and obtain all the relevant passes.
Sobriety - I maintain sober while on the clock
Discounted RatesCharity, Fundraiser, and Grassroots events can all negotiate for a reduced rate.

However delivery will be prioritised for paying clients.
None Paying clients
I have no obligation to all none paying clients
Delivery isn’t guaranteed, I may need to give up shoots last minute for paying clients, I reserve the right to leave when I see fit.
